Have you heard of peyote also known as the Deer medicine or the blue deer? It is a medicine that has been used for thousands of years by the tribes from central Mexico. It is grown in the desert and it's consider a medicine for the heart. This medicine was banned due to the colonisation but Quanah Parker a Comanche spiritual leader fought for the rights of the Native Americans to be able to keep on using it and the USA government agreed to legalise peyote.
