A grandmother warns her grandchildren not to pick blackcurrants where they grow in a particular spot in the village. When asked why, she relates to them a strange piece of local history. TECHNICAL NOTE: I'm having some trouble with my recording microphone - probably to do with humidity. I ended up recording this story three times before I got a decent audio and there are even some rough parts in this one which I've done what I can with. Hopefully it won't affect your enjoyment too much.
