Located in Gympie, Nolan Meats is a family owned 100% Australian company who has a reputation for its innovation and quality. Founded as a small retail butchery business in Gympie in 1958, today it is a modern, well equipped, integrated export meat processing company who is constantly moving with the times. We sat down to talk with Terry Nolan, who's father created the great Nolan empire after starting his apprenticeship in local Gympie as the town's best 'counter' butcher. We also discussed the Nolan's road ahead to Beef 2021 and their great involvement in the Beef Industry.
