Honesty has to start for us in our heart, and we have to be able to be honest with ourselves before we can be honest with God or others. That means that we have to guard our heart constantly, and the honesty provides the environment for truth to come into. The head and the heart are different, but they also have to work together and that balance is our responsibility. The heart is the higher place, the HQ, the life force, and the head is the command centre that administrates and executes the commands given by the heart. The head is the 'how to', the heart is the 'why.' Honesty is the greatest gift that we can give ourselves, we are the keepers of our heart, and honesty is the broom that sweeps it.
