Frankie Bridge shot to stardom as a 12-year-old in the pop group S Club Juniors and later became a star in the pop girl group The Saturdays.

Frankie joins Andy this week to talk about her career, the pressures of stardom and subsequently her struggles with her mental health. Frankie talks openly, freely and encouragingly on the benefits of being honest and supportive around the areas of mental health and shares her own journey as someone that suffers from anxiety.

Frankie also shares the many positivities of her life and career, and of course, the joys of now being a mum raising her children and uses her life experience today to support others through the medium of books, podcasts and television appearances.
