ANOTHER SOMETHING COOL:
I’ve just announced a visualization workshop called Imagine It!, to take place on New Year’s Eve day (9am PST / 12pm EST / 5pm GMT). Let’s head into the new year with intention and imagination, reminding ourselves we are not only beautiful, worthy humans but also the powerful creators of our own experience.
I recorded the short video above several months back. Please ignore the “Happy Monday” part, unless you’re seeing it on a Monday, of course. Substack is making it easier to integrate videos, and I suspect I’ll be sharing more videos moving forward. I’ll try to keep them short and sweet, but I do like to talk so we’ll see. Let me know what you think of this one.
The bottom line: We don’t have to wait to fix or achieve anything or show up differently in our lives in order to start loving ourselves. We can begin with self-love, start with a willingness and commitment to love ourselves no matter what, and see what realities unfold from there.
You are worthy of the deepest love you have to share. I promise.
