  • The Person in the Glass: What Do You Really Think of Yourself?

    Send us Fan Mail

What if the opinion that matters most isn't anyone else's... but the one you have of yourself?

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wondered...

Do I actually like the person looking back at me?

In this episode, I explore self-worth, approval, social media, numbers, and the difference between being seen and being truly known.

Because your value isn't measured by likes, followers, achievements, or somebody else's opinion of you.

You can be seen by thousands and still feel completely alone.

This episode is inspired by The Man in the Glass, a poem written in 1934 by Peter Dale Wimbrow Sr, that somehow feels just as relevant today.

I first read it back in the 1990s. Decades later, I read it again and realised I was hearing it through very different eyes.

    Same poem. Different woman.

So, when you look in the mirror...

Do you actually like the person looking back?

Check it out – ‘The Man in the Glass’ by Peter Dale Wimbrow Sr

  • Understanding Tarot: Intuition, Energy & Why No Two Readings Are Ever the Same

    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode, I share my personal perspective after more than 35 years of working with Tarot, exploring how intuition, energy, and intention shape every reading. Tarot isn’t about being told what to do or predicting a fixed future - it’s a tool that helps shift perspective, move energy, and bring awareness to what may be ready to be seen.

I talk about the difference between a connected reading and a “cold read,” what it means to be a conduit for Spirit, and why your own energy plays such an important role when working with the cards.

I also explore why no two readers interpret Tarot the same way and why that’s part of its magic.

This is an honest, grounded conversation about trusting your intuition, deepening your spiritual connection, and allowing Tarot to support you in your own unique way.

Take what resonates… and keep the rest in your pocket for later.

  • The Train Station Theory of Friendship Explained

    Send us Fan Mail

In this episode of 'An Inside Job with Rose', Rose explores the Train Station Theory through a spiritual lens, weaving it into the tail end of the energy of the Wood Snake year.

Just like us, relationships evolve. Some people walk beside us for a chapter, some for a season, and a few for a lifetime. In this episode, Rose guides you to understand why friendships come and go, how to recognise misalignment without guilt, and how to release connections with grace and compassion.

As we move through the final weeks of the Snake year, this conversation asks you to trust your inner knowing, honour what once was, and create space for aligned connections as we prepare for the momentum and freedom of the Fire Horse year that comes on the 17th February 2026.

✨ In this episode, we explore:

    • The Train Station Theory and what it teaches us about friendships
    • Why shedding relationships is part of spiritual growth
    • How to recognise when a friendship no longer aligns
    • Releasing people without blame, guilt, or resentment
    • Trusting your journey and walking forward with grace

  • 2025 Reflection: Healing, Growth & Turning a New Page

    Send us Fan Mail

As we move into the Christmas season and gently close the chapter on 2025, this episode is a heartfelt reflection on healing, growth, and finally feeling 'home'.

In this special episode, I share a blog I recently wrote after reflecting on the tarot cards I pulled for myself for December in my personal 2025 reading. Looking back at these cards, the Queen of Pentacles, the Magician, and the Angel card 'You know what to do', I realised how clearly they reflected the journey I’ve walked this year.

2025 wasn’t about big and dramatic moments. It was about something far deeper: choosing myself, releasing old narratives, healing long-held wounds, and finally stepping into my true self with kindness, trust, and confidence.

In this episode, I reflect on:

    • How the Queen of Pentacles became a mirror of the woman I’ve grown into
    • Learning to trust my inner wisdom and the tools I already had
    • Releasing the old mindset and beliefs -choosing a new and fresh approach
    • Why inner work isn’t the hardest part—avoiding it is
    • A grounding end-of-year affirmation to help you release 2025 and welcome 2026

This episode is reminding you to slow down, reflect on your own year, and honour how far you’ve come, especially the quiet moments of growth that often go unnoticed.
