In today's Episode of 'Failure to Success' I have narrated an inspirational life journey of  Arvind Gupta Who is an engineer turned Indian toy inventor and expert in science.  Who got the civilian award "Padma Shree". Its a Story about how he discovered his purpose of life and he worked to fulfill his purpose. He is also a passionate educationist, who believes children are the future of the world. He believes that children learn more through creativity, imagination and interaction. More than schools and classrooms children learn in outdoor environments. 

Since past 30 years he has been guiding children and educators so that the children can be empowered through fun based, imaginative and creative learning.
