On December 28th Dan will be putting on a charity campaign at twitch.tv/danfinity to support Second Helpings, a food rescue charity based out of his hometown of Indianapolis, Indiana! The goal this year is $10K which would sponsor TWO Culinary Education courses for the unemployed and the underemployed looking to get into the culinary field.
