This week's episode features Leif Cocks, a zoologist, and world-renowned orangutan expert. Leif is a passionate campaigner for orangutans and has been the President of The Orangutan Project since its formation. Leif hopes to create a world where conservation organizations are no longer needed. 

Through working with orangutans, Leif has discovered that Orangutans are entirely independent and confident. As he shares “when you meet and become close friends with an orangutan, you  see the humanity in their eyes.”  In this episode, Leif provides his take on conscious leadership, what he has learned from Orangutans, and how he utilizes conscious leadership in a conservation organization
