An Introduction

What started as a dream and creative endeavor during the COVID-19 Stage 4 lockdown in Victoria, Australia soon became a reality: an ADHD podcast was created by an ADHD twenty-something girl (me) for other ADHD 20-somethings and older, their parents, ADHD children and anyone else in the ADHD community, or those wanting to understand ADHD more. My podcast is a rejection of the overwhelming, bleak and outdated narratives and ideas about being ADHD. I’m the “ADHD is a superpower” in the least non-patronising way. I do it in a charming and hilarious manner, so I’ve been told 😉. I’m here to show you that you can wield this power and all its wonders, and yes, all its negatives.ADHD is a brain difference, not a death sentence, not a sentence to a messy life. It is a truth about the human genome, and it is spectacular.
