hello everyone :) today i’m going to be sharing the first episode for this series about narcissistic personality disorder. i’m not an expert, but i do love sharing my insight on how to figure out a narcissist. in this episode, i talk about their main goal, potential childhood trauma, mirroring, triangulation methods, and more. 

an important part is understanding that narcissistic abuse is very rarely present in the beginning, as they would be unable to get what they want when providing nothing positive for others to attach to. you can start seeing these behaviours months or even years down the line with your partner, so i hope this is something you can learn from, and avoid in the future.
