today’s episode is about the truth about choice feminism. we’re getting into why feminism is not just about individual choices, why that framing is limited, and how it shows up in real life through mainstream media and everyday perspectives.

hi everyone, welcome or welcome back to another episode.
today, after a long break, i will be talking about religion. i created a reflective essay that includes my thoughts on religion in relation to psychology and gender studies, as well as an interview i was grateful to conduct with someone who has a completely different perspective and experience of his religion and overall faith as a man. this conversation helped me gain a deeper understanding of diverse viewpoints.
if you enjoy this episode, stay tuned for more in the future! all of my personal social media, the person i interviewed, and additional sources such as videos will be linked below. thank you for listening, and i look forward to sharing the next episode with you.

hi everyone!! today is a very late episode, but i wanted to share an essay about submission, womanhood, and what that has truly meant to me, as well as the process of understanding it.
this essay is not about the kind of submission where someone feels safe enough to let their partner have “control” over certain things. i see that as a natural, even beautiful, part of a relationship where both partners are authentic, respectful, considerate, and consistent. instead, this essay focuses on the belief that being submissive is a necessary and fundamental part of being a woman. this is the kind of submission enforced through fear, abuse, manipulation, or toxic gender roles rather than personal choice rooted in safety, trust, and mutual respect.
with that said, i hope you enjoy reading or listening. all my links are below as always, and i’ll see you again very soon!!

hi everyone, welcome or welcome back to another episode on my podcast! as you can see, we’re going to be talking about patriarchal masculinity and its connection to narcissism.
in this episode, there are many different ideas introduced and discussed, so i want to give a few disclaimers. when i bring up political ideologies, systems, or religious frameworks, i’m strictly speaking within the context of this episode’s topic. i’m not making any additional arguments or connections outside of how it directly relates to this subject.
when i mention these themes, i’m not diving into economic, environmental, or systemic analyses beyond what’s necessary to support the focus of the episode. so please keep that in mind. i’ve previously made this clear, but once again for the sake of the episode, i do not currently have a degree or formal certification in this field, and i definitely don’t have one in the areas mentioned above, which is why i’ve never focused on them in my podcast.
with that being said, thank you all for listening. i appreciate all the support, and be sure to check out my links below to stay up to date with future podcast updates!
