hi everyone :) welcome back to another episode!! today’s topic is about insecurity. i’m going to go over the psychology behind it, as well as how insecurity can show up in individuals, and how insecurity guiding you will only negatively affect your friendships, especially as a women.
happy monday! i hope everyone’s having a good day today. i wanted to share this episode that’s about our ego, and also what i’ve personally observed from the female ego.
hi everyone!! welcome back to another episode on my podcast. today's episode as you can see, is about emotionally immature parents. this episode was inspired by reading the book “Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents” by Lindsay C. Gibson.
specifically, i will be talking about internalizers versus externalizers, which are essentially; two different categories of individuals that are products of an environment with emotionally immature parents. both are not necessarily healthy, nor maintainable as an adult that no longer depends on their parents. i believe the goal is finding a “healthy medium” to divide out the things you internalize and externalize. it's without a doubt easier said than done to heal from this, but this episode is an extremely good place to start.
i hope everyone enjoys and as always, thank you for listening. ps... check out the links below!!
hi everyone 💌
thank you for tuning into today’s episode!! today i’ll be sharing my “take” on love and bring the reality behind it, to light. as i stated in this episode, i don’t want the realities of love to ever be something you feel discouraged by, it should be used as a way to protect yourself, and your peace of mind. my idea of love has changed so so much, and i can say that i’m genuinely grateful it did, as in many ways, it saved my entire life. changing this idea of love gave me one of the biggest shifts of positive redirection, and i want you to experience that for yourself too.
if you enjoy the episode, follow along for more! also, leave me a rating or send me a message about your thoughts on the episode, as always, my links will be down below!!
