This show is for men. Now, that doesn't mean that women cant listen or be involved, no. All it means is that the content will be aimed at men. Ladies, you might pick up a few tips on how our brains operate by listening too, so please feel free to jump in, you're more than welcome.

Basically, the female of the species tend to be better at communicating with each other than us blokes. Over time, men tend to get disconnected from their friends as other priorities take over; work, family, relationships, etc... So, the aim of WNI is to help you reconnect with your friends or our community here, and simply help you communicate better.

Whether you refer to them as friends, mates, buddies, chums, pals, your tribe, whatever, this podcast is for you.

We'll take the mickey out of each other quite a lot on this show, because that's what mates do, isn't it? Well, if you're British you do anyway.
