Now, this isn't a very sexy topic but it is essential that we talk about it.

It's a SERIOUS issue which I feel we're not addressing currently. In my line of work, I meet more and more guys who are lonely. Almost exclusively, none of them like to admit it, but it is becoming more and more common, the deeper I dive into this work.

Well, that's exactly what I attempt to tackle in this podcast. Like I mentioned earlier, it ain't sexy, but I do believe that it is vital that we talk about this, if only to bring awareness to the topic and help some guys realise that they might fall into this category... and that there is a solution.

If you have begun to think that you might actually be a little lonely recently, or someone that you know is showing all the signs of isolation, this episode is for you. I talk about a number of ways to address this issue, and I truly hope you find it if not inspiring, educational at the very least. Matt

Ross has SOME story; he is the epitome of turning your life around.

Find out how Ross went from being a child from a broken home, abandoned by his Father, embroiled in the world of drugs and facing two years in jail, to the motivational human being he is today.

Growing up in Scotland, Ross suffered from OCD, anxiety & panic attacks. This led him to self-medicate using recreational drugs which in turn led him to becoming a drug dealer. Yet Ross still managed to come through all of this a free man because of the people he met and the determination to better himself.

Ross now shares that knowledge with individuals and companies all over the UK. He's a motivational speaker and an expert in Wellbeing Sciences & Human Optimisation too.

Basically, Ross is a fascinating character who I felt compelled to get on the podcast to help lift you up and prove that no matter how bad and tough life is, you can overcome it.

This was quite a different podcast for me to record this week, as "Hopps" is one of my oldest and dearest friends, and as it turns out, he's been struggling. To make it worse, it's been happening under my own nose.

Paul is very open and honest in this episode, even more than I expected him to be. I take that as a huge compliment, as it shows his trust in me as his friend, but also as a professional publishing this podcast (having his approval means an awful lot to me). I trust that you the listener will show him the same respect.

Robert Riopel, who is based in Alberta Canada, has travelled the world and trained over 500,000 people.

He's also a published author, having written the book, "Success Left A Clue". During his extensive travels teaching around the world, Robert noticed that success has left clues everywhere... so he wrote a book about it.

In this episode, Robert describes 'The 4 Currencies of Life'... which is covered off in his new book, "Authority Key". I personally found this really fascinating and I hope you to do.

Robert used to be a Dominoes Franchisee too, so anyone who makes pizza for a living, is OK by me!

Renée has spent 40 years on yo-yo diets, so she's been there, seen it and DONE IT. But, in 2012, she finally came to terms with her diet by tackling her Emotional Eating, and has managed to maintain a healthy weight ever since. She says, "when you aren’t eating to soothe yourself, you save a whole bunch of calories."

Listen in as Renée takes us through the process she does with all of her clients, to find out what diet works for THEM, and not what latest fad diet you have been told you should be trying.
