  • Episode 45; Chopsticks, Fruits and Vegetables, a Best Day Ever and a life without regrets
On this episode of the Old Man’s Podcast I clarify what is considered optimal for the USDA reccomended 5 Servings of fruits and vegetables a day.  I discuss those occasional days we experience that can only be described as a “Best Day Ever”..... BUT not the typical days…. like birthdays or  weddings, that’s too easy. How about the days that you’d like to live over and over again, if you could.  I take a reflective look at a hipster who just had to eat with chopsticks and how that is some old technology.  And finally, life deals us some regrets and Mark Twain had some good things to say about that.
