Our country is rapidly becoming less concerned about spiritual things. Not only are we less concerned about spiritual things, but we are quickly becoming ignorant concerning matters of eternal consequence.

Have you ever wondered why we die? Perhaps in some ways we have just grown used to the idea of death - it’s just something that happens to everyone – but did you know that there is a reason why we die? Did you know that there is something even more serious than dying?

Many in our world today are seeking for meaning in this life, for truth, for salvation. Jesus claims to be the source of all the spiritual blessings anyone could ever need!

There are so many “churches” today – how can know which one is the one that belongs to Jesus? The church we read about in the New Testament is Jesus’ church (Acts 2:47) – to find Jesus’ church today, we need to compare what we see today with what we read in the New Testament.

Do we honor Jesus? Do we value Him? Very simply – if we genuinely love Him, we will honor Him. If we do not love Him, we will not honor Him.

Jesus was focused on sharing the "living water" with others. If we desire to be like Him, we must strive to be like Him and share the living water with others - but how can we do that?

Christians should not live as those who are separated “from the life of God” (Ephesians 3:18). Christians are to have put off the “old man” and put on the “new man which was created according to God” (Ephesians 3:22-24).

I think many of us would like to talk to our family and friends about the Gospel, but perhaps we feel a bit intimidated or overwhelmed – where do you start? How about we begin with a passage that pretty much anyone you talk to will know by heart?
