In support of Mental Health Awareness, we lay bare the impact particularly on employee wellbeing whilst providing small and simple advice to help businesses support their workforce. We also delve into remote working, communication, emotional intelligence and productivity, and give our views on how we see HR and L&D changing post-COVID-19.
