In this episode, we invited Cheri Indigo, a product manager in a tech start-up turned synth-pop singer-songwriter. During her time in Silicon Valley, Cheri worked 16-20 hours in a day. This job had rewarded her with her luxuries of life: money, status and validation; overworking, however, left her anxious and sleep-deprived. An episode of insomnia that lasted for 56 hours finally pushed her to re-evaluate what is important in her life. Now she leads her life with a renewed sense of intent.

In this episode, we invited Chia Kun Liang, a final year student specializing in Journalism in NTU's Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information. Kun Liang has a clear end goal: he wants to serve young children. From studying Early Childhood in polytechnic, where he also graduated as valedictorian, to using journalism to push for change in the lives of children, Kun Liang believes in exploring the spaces in between specializations to support and bring new value to the ecosystem involving the education of young children.
