It's good to do this when we've started a new project.
It's great to do when we find ourselves bobbing along in the stream of life, floating there because someone told us to and not necessarily because we meant to.
My participation in #NaPodPoMo is an example. I've paused, assessed and adjusted to get maximum benefit for myself and honor the spirit of the 30 episodes in 30 days challenge.
