This is a solocast about my uncoupling from my previous relationship. My first safe & healthy love. I thought i'd air this a few months ago, especially because we uncoupled in October.. but I wanted to honor myself & only do it when it felt nourishing to do so. I recorded this while in Greece, in March.

It felt important to air, because for the past few years I have brought my life to this podcast & that meant sharing so much of my relationship… & it feels good in my body & my heart to also honor the relationship in its ending by bringing it here again, in gratitude.
