We live in a very hostile and unforgiving environment. This is the devil’s world. Remember we are just sojourners. Our home is in heaven. You have to decide if you’re going to make it in this unforgiving environment. You must use your volition to build a FLOT line in your soul so you can stand against the hostility and glorify Jesus Christ as you re-present Him to those around you. Are you willing to grow to spiritual maturity? Or are you buying into the lies of Satan and thinking human viewpoint? “The double-minded man is unstable in all of his ways” (James 1:8). Not only is Satan a deceiver is the master of lies and a murderer. “He [the devil] was a murderer from the beginning and does not stand in the truth because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie he speaks it from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of all lies” (John 8:44). You must quit justifying your lack of effort to grow spiritually. God mandates we acquire divine viewpoint thinking. “God has assigned to each one of us a standard of thinking from His Word” (Rom 12:3).
