Return of the B-list monster movie. Anaconda was released on April 11 1997 by Colombia studios and follows a small documentary film team lead by Jennifer Lopez through the Amazon rainforest in an attempt to discover a lost tribe, only to be derailed by a mysterious river man and his plot to track down a legendary snake. Directed by Luis Llosa and starring Jon Volt, Ice Cube, and Eric Stoltz.
