Agile Methodology is a powerful way of running Analytics projects. Loreal Jiles recently wrote a great Statement on Management Accounting about Agile Methodology and I had the honour of reviewing it as a practitioner in the area.
In this episode, we did a deep dive into this brilliant paper she wrote. We also spoke about the importance of agility in business transformation, Agile methodology and the Scrum framework as well as how to ensure value delivery.

In this session, I shared how to build your Data and Analytics Team and the non-technical skills needed.
Building a strong Data and Analytics team is very challenging, it needs a lot of effort and understanding of the complementing skills required within the team as well as the Analytics maturity level you are operating at. In this session, I didn't cover the technical skills. I covered the soft skills that are essential to have in your team. My chat was based on my MBA dissertation, my research, as well as my personal thoughts as a practitioner in the field*

This LinkedIn live coffee chat was with the Dean of Big Data Bill Schmarzo, we applied the great sentence in his book "If you want to change the game change the frame" to AI
In this episode, Bill Schmarzo and I discussed AI, Leadership in Analytics, Orphaned Analytics and more. AI is an environment that is continuously learning and adapting, how we think about building Analytics in the AI world is different from the current world. Listen to this episode to know how can be prepared for that.

Choosing the right Data and Analytics model for the organisation is similar to choosing the right structure for a house. The organisational structure needs to be robust, solid and suitable for future changes.
