Part 1 - Neville James reflects on the status of schools and the recent WAPA outages.  Dr. Stefan Jurgen, the St. Thomas/St. John Insular Superintendent of schools,  calls in to provide an update on the schools and the loss of power.  Neville is then joined in studio by Director & Deputy State Historic Preservation Officer of the  VI State Historic Preservation Office Sean Krigger as they discuss the historical buildings of the Virgin Islands and the history of preservation.
