Part 1 - Neville James receives a weather update and educational information from the National Weather Service; he is then joined by Ashley Ellis, chef, and owner of Yaadie in St. Croix as she talks about her upcoming restaurant renovation/opening of Jubilee by Yaadie in St. Croix.

Part 2 - Neville James is joined by Jerry Browne nicknamed "The Governor", a Virgin Islander who played ten seasons in Major League Baseball and also worked as a hitting coach for the Syracuse Chiefs as they discuss sports and youth in the Virgin Islands and creating opportunities to excel.
