Part 1 - Neville James engages with the National Weather Service to discuss the weather forecast for the upcoming week, then he reflects on the current heat wave and extreme weather affecting the US.  On today's "Table Talk" Neville James,  Almando "Rocky" Liburd, Ronald Russell and Donald "Ducks" Cole engage in Table Talk, discussing the Wimbledon finals and sports in general.

Part 2 - Neville James continues his discussion with Angel L. "Chico" Morales. Neville James then engages with Leia LaPlace, Territorial Planner at the Department of Planning and Natural Resources, to discuss the upcoming DPNR Townhall meetings on the Land & Water Use Plan.

Part 1 - Neville James engages with Aminah Saleem and Angel Rivera to discuss their dialysis project.  Later on, Neville James is joined by Attorney H. Hannibal O'Bryan and Attorney Russell Pate to discuss the historical and current status of a variety of Virgin Islands organizations.

Part 2 - Senate President Novelle E. Francis Jr. engages with Neville James to discuss the land swap and other legislation.

Part 1 - Neville James is joined by Department of Health Commissioner Justa E. Encarnacion,Director of Communications Christine Lett,  Director of Chronic Diseases Lyña E. Frederiks and Dr. Erole Hobdy, hematologist and oncologist, to discuss cancer in the Virgin Islands and the upcoming USVI Cancer Summitt.

Part 2 - Neville James runs through the current Covid19 numbers in the territory.  He is then joined by Ms. Akala Anthony, director of the Virgin Islands Housing Authority's Housing Choice Voucher Program, also known as Section 8, to discuss the program and upcoming initiatives.

Part 1 - Neville James is joined by Valerie Daley, chief of Group Health Insurance, and Ladee Shana Martin, wellness coordinator, at the Division of Personnel to discuss their upcoming 2023 Virtual Annual Health and Wellness Expo.

Part 2 - Neville James engages with Kari Currence and Aisha Webster of VINGN to discuss the upcoming town hall meetings in regard to Digital Equity.
