Part 1 - After an update on the Sahara dust mass that is affecting the region, Neville James runs through the day's headlines and COVID-19 data. Kevermay Douglas, deputy supervisor of Elections for the St. Thomas-St. John district, then joins Neville for a look at the Democratic primary ballot in anticipation of the start of early voting (21:31).
