Part 1 - On Sunday, the University of the Virgin Islands Reichold Center for the Arts will present "The Blue Horizon Concert" in honor of the late Dr. Athniel "Addie" Ottley. Neville James catches up with Dr. David Hall, president of UVI, to preview this event featuring the "who's who" of the VI music scene, and to discuss his career and the workings of his institution. 

Part 2 - Neville James reflects on his conversation with Rabbi Michael Feshbach and catches up with Eddie Bruce. He then runs through the most recent COVID-19 data, comparing the Territory’s vaccination rate to those of other regions.
