Part 1 - Commissioner Gary Molloy and Assistant Commissioner Nisha Christian-Hendrickson of the Department of Labor return to Analyze This to address the state of unemployment in the territory. They discuss the difference between what they colloquially deem Cares Act 1 and Cares Act 2, what they are doing to guard against unemployment fraud as job replacement, the 2020 and 2021 LIFT Programs, and how the pandemic has altered the philosophy behind their workforce development.

Part 2 - Infectious Disease Specialist and Territorial Medical Director Dr. Tai Camille Hunte-Ceasar returns to Analyze This to address recent COVID-19 developments and this year’s flu season with Neville James. Senate President Novelle E. Francis then calls in to preview the next 72 hours as it relates to the 33rd Legislature. He discusses the Governor’s Special Session and some of the issues that need to be resolved before the end of the calendar year.

Part 1 - Neville James checks in with the National Weather Service for the week’s forecast before Ronnie Russell calls in to discuss the prospects of the Governor’s upcoming Special Session, the stimulus package, Latin roots and the Crucian dialect, and what he observed over the holiday weekend at the “Frederiksted Riviera.”

Part 2 - WTJX CEO, Tanya-Marie Singh, joins Neville James on the air to discuss the time-honored tradition of the Crucian Christmas Foreday Serenade. CEO Singh discusses the relationship between Stanley and the Ten Sleepless Knights and WTJX, the 2005 revival of the Serenade, this year’s socially distanced iteration, and the legislature’s bill commending TSK on their 50th year. They discuss TSK’s mastery in Quelbe and deem it Scratch Band music at its highest form. CEO Singh also announces WTJX-TV’s 2020 Christmas Day lineup and the re-air of the 2019-2020 Crucian Christmas Festival Children’s and Adult Parades.

Part 1 - Neville James hosts Karim Callwood, a comic book artist from St. Thomas who is on the eve on unveiling his latest creation, “Black Alpha”, a superhero for the VI! Karim shares his passion for the art form, the process of crafting this character, a preview of the plotline and an inspirational message in the power of perseverance for the territory’s youth.
