Part 2 - Department of Agriculture Commissioner Louis Petersen checks in with Neville James as the public is invited to attend the 54th Annual Agriculture and Food Fair of the U.S. Virgin Islands from Feb. 14–16, at the Rudolph Shulterbrandt Agricultural Complex, Estate Lower Love on St. Croix.
