Part 2 - Shomari Moorehead, President of Our Town Frederiksted Inc., joins Neville James in welcoming the community to Rhythms at Sunset on Friday, December 20, 2024, for music, food, good people, and good vibes.

Part 1 - Neville James is joined by Nadia Bougouneau, Chairperson of the St. Croix Christmas Boat Parade, and Trish Rhodes, co-chairperson, to talk about this family-friendly yearly event that kicks off the holiday season Saturday December 14, 2024. This is also the Caribbean's largest boat parade.

Part 2 - Neville James talks to Peter Holmberg, a sailor from the USVI who earned a silver medal in the Men's Finn class at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Holmberg is the first Virgin Islander to win an Olympic medal. He was born on St. Thomas.

Part 1 - Neville James is joined by Holly Smith, archivist of Spelman College in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as Jamal Burke, Cheryl Joseph, and Cassandra Dunn, to discuss their partnership with the University of the Virgin Islands.

Part 2 - Neville James is joined by Dr. Clema Lewis, Executive Director, and Sheelene Gumbs, Director of Crisis Intervention, of the Women's Coalition of St. Croix, which continues to shine a light on domestic abuse and other forms of violence against the elderly and disabled in our community.

Part 2 - Neville James talks with Cristina of House of Printing and West Gyul about the Soup of Your Soul Festival, which will take place on December 15, 2024, from 1pm-6pm in front of Frederiksted Fort. It will be a day full of love, community, and wonderful local cuisine made with care.
