Part 1 – Neville James is on vacation.  In his absence, guest host Jamila Russell engages with Vernon Araujo in a discussion of the King of the Wing competition and how it began.  

Part 2 – Neville James and Dwayne Henry engage in Bush Tea as they reflect on Carnival festivities, and a discussion on world events. 

Part 1 – Neville James engages with the National Weather Service for a forecast for the rest of the week.  He is then joined by Dr. Alice Standford from UVI NIH "You Rise program" as they are joined by some of their emerging Caribbean scientists. 

Part 2 – Neville James reflects on carnival events and festivities. He is then joined by Ian Turnbull, director of the Division of Festivals.  They discuss the performances and upcoming events that will be happening this week.  

Part 1 – Neville James reflects on sports, WNBA and the NBA.  He is then joined by Raymond Williams, Executive Director of the VI Lottery, as they discuss the carnival season, and the recent drawing. Neville then reflects on the lottery, casino and horse races.  

Part 2 – Table Talk continues with Neville James, Carlton Dowe, Ronald Russell, Donald "Ducks" Cole and Almando "Rocky" Liburd as they continue discussions on the VI Port Authority as well as local topics.  

Part 1 – Neville James talks with the National Weather Service as they discuss the upcoming week's forecast.  He is then joined by VIPA's Executive Director Carlton Dowe, Ronald Russell and Donald "Ducks" Cole for Table Talk as they discuss a variety of topics, including the upcoming initiatives of the VI Port Authority.  

Part 2 – Neville James and Marise James wrap up their discussions.  Neville James is then joined by Tiffany Muse from the Triple H Ranch in St. Thomas, as they discuss horse racing and abandoned horses.  

Part 1 – Neville James is joined by the National Weather Service as they discuss the weekend weather outlook.  He is then joined by Senator Marise James as they discuss a variety of topics and answer some community questions.  

Part 2 – Neville James is joined by Commissioner Calvert White as they talk about the upcoming return of Carnival Horse Races.
