Part 1 – Neville James checks in with the National Weather Service meteorologist in San Juan to discuss this week's upcoming weather outlook and the current Heat advisory that’s in effect for the USVI. Neville also talks about the weekend rotating WAPA blackouts on Saint Thomas.  

Part 2 – Neville James is joined by Shannelle Peterson Communications Director for the VI Water and Power Authority to give us an update on the rotating blackouts today on Saint Thomas due a motor failure with Generator unit 15. The Authority is also low on Diesel compounding the rotating outages.
