Part 1 – Neville James speaks with Ki'ana Tonge about the Summer Bridge program from the University of the Virgin Islands. The program is designed to help high school graduates transition to college life as well as help students prepare for the college placement test.

Part 2 – Neville James continues his conversation with Malik Sekou as they explore a variety of topics surrounding VI History.

Part 2 – Table Talk continues with Neville James, Ronald Russell, and Almando "Rocky" Liburd as they talk about local and national politics, lack of competitive banking services in the USVI and the large banks like Bank of America, Chase & CitiBank that no longer operate in the territory.

Part 2 – Neville James speaks on the phone with Dusty Cook of Global Medevac about Air Ambulance services in the Virgin Islands, the Caribbean & around the world. They discuss Dusty's career, the benefits of Air Ambulance insurance for travelers & Caribbean residents, and the effects of the pandemic on the industry and pilot retention.

Part 1 – Neville James is joined on the phone by Dwayne Henry for "Bush Tea," where they talk about sports and politics. 

Part 2 – Neville James speaks with Jessica Samuel, Ph.D. and CEO of Radical Education & Advocacy League, LLC about Virgin Islands History. Jessica gives her opinion about the needs of St. Croix, St. John & St. Thomas. 

Part 1 – Neville James speaks briefly with the National Weather Service before he is joined on the phone by Chef Julius Jackson and Holly Louise for Nourish to Flourish. Topics included nutrient absorption in the body, gluten, and finding the type of diet what works for you. 

Part 2 – Neville James continues speaking with the VIBE before speaking with Zack Zook of 81C Gallery, Joseph Hewes, and Teia “Grim” Lettsome about art and Grim's artwork that will be on display until March 29 at 81C.
