Anatomical Approach to Training – The Neck! Hugely important to combat sports the neck is a huge area to consider when planning for training. We cover the anatomy, muscle function, training approach and common injuries in relation to the neck. We also highlight different methods of training, and better approaches to protecting and strengthening what is important in this region.
