Former ANC president Thabo Mbeki has commended the party's decision not to expel former President Jacob Zuma for endorsing the MK party. Speaking during a campaign trail in Soweto, Mbeki says the decision to summon Zuma before the party's disciplinary committee is not cowardice but prescribed in the ANC's constitution in terms of procedure.
