Synopsis:  In a world where literacy is outlawed and people are dependant on technology, a fireman who burns books for a living eventually changes his perspective and strives to do something about it.  For the conclusion of Episode One, we travel back in time to Professor Faber's past and experience what led him to become an outcast coward on the fringes of society.

Synopsis:  When news of Steven's suicide attempt spreads throughout the psychiatric ward of Mainline, it creates a ripple in the psyches of Pearl Bekkin, her friends, and the staff.  Stiffer contrabands are enforced as our protagonist and her posse deal with the psychological after-effects of their internal journies.
