Synopsis:  In Pearl Bekken's sub-concious, she's subjected to torture by the beastly version of her twin sister, Kathy as she works with Steven to address the root of her Trauma.  In the real world, Pearl befriends recently admitted patient Casey and the gang welcomes her amongst their ranks while admitting they have been experiencing similar journeys in their dreams.

Synopsis:  The battle for Pearl Bekken's sanity has begun with her twin sister's monstrous form, tired of holding her hand, firing the first volley of nightmares and torture sessions.  Back in reality, the arrival of a new patient at the Upper Mainline Hospital Psychiatric Unit attract the attention of not only pearl but her circle of friends.
