Synopsis:  Pearl Bekken, college student and autistic young adult, soldiers on after her near brush with death.  But it isn't long before her counselor, Miranda Berry, gains awareness of Pearl's rapidly diminishing Mental State.  By episode's end, Pearl finds herself in a hospital emergency room for her personal safety.
