Today' s episode is a very interesting chat with Ulrika Ullis Karlsson who is a Feminine Leadership Coach, Author, Yoga Therapist & Teacher

12 years ago, Ullis was completely burnt out and deeply depressed. She was also being suicidal. With only 15 minutes of sleep per night, where she woke up every night at 2:47 from horrible nightmares and in complete panic (see her autobiography "2:47 The Journey Home to my Heart").
Finally she came to a point where she needed to choose between Life and Death and she chose life – or Life chose her..
