This week as I continue the series on body acceptance - I had an honourable pleasure to sit down with Martha. Dazzled by the golden wisdom nuggets, I also loved her spirit, tenacity, strength, kindness and compassion for not only herself but for others.
We talk ice creams...but we also strip to the core of how to get confidence and Martha lets us know how to beat the bullies.
Have fun listening to this episode!

GRRRRRRRR.......listen to my rant about sales companies pitches. They sell their programmes saying it is individual but then it is the same bs sales pitch so no individual there and no trust...generic money making. THEN...apparently I am not serious about my weight or health or I am not an action taker because I did not buy their programme.
STOP SHAMING WOMEN AND MEN INTO BUYING WEIGHTLOSS PROGRAMMES
"You're fine, you were born perfect, just the way you are"
Continuing my series on Body Confidence, Body Acceptance and Body Positivity I speak to Jen Anderson who is a recovering perfectionist and freelance writer. She has improved her mental and physical health by letting go of perfectionism, and she founded Accomplist to help other recovering perfectionists to stop beating themselves up over unattainable standards.
How did she do it? Listen and find out.
We also talk about how to feel and dress well for your size and how to listen to your body.
Ditch the Diet and live life is the message...

Single? No problem...In a relationship? No problem - dating yourself is very important. I take myself out for dinner as it is part of my self care.
I talk about how being single or not having people to do stuff with should not hold you back. If you want to do something...do it! Life is for feeling and being alive.
So, that is this weeks topic and a lot of giggling I am afraid as I did have a few glasses of wine on my date night! But hey - I am having fun...
Enjoy this episode!
Do people comment on your size, health, weight and appearance? Does it annoy you? Then listen to this episode as I give reasons for your annoyance and how to deal with it and others.
I also talk about Fat Phobia which is very prevalent right now.
This episode is part of the series about body confidence, health at every size, body positivity etc...
"I wouldn't even go as far as saying that though everybody gotta love their body. It's more or less of just coming to acceptance of this is who I am and it's fine, just the way it is".
Meet Kelly Lupton - she is a general life coach at The Lifestyle Engineer. She focuses on mindset and helping people understand their own thought process. Through understanding the thought process, we gain insight into how we tell ourselves stories that are unhelpful and sometimes detrimental to getting what we really want out of life: more love, success, peace, and security.
Body confidence, habit changing, life as a plus size, overall confidence are just some of the things we chat about. This episode is for everyone as the nuggets of information are priceless.

I have been MIA for the last couple of weeks, so here is a quick one to explain and to re-iterate the message that you have one life - so use it wisely!
If Life throws curve balls at you - catch some, dodge some and empower yourself to cope with the ones that hit you...
How to say 'no' and not feel guilty
Enjoy!
“My voice is the one that has power”
This episode is full to the brim of positivity. Stayc talks candidly about the abuse she suffered but in her own words says "If it wasn't for the dark stuff I wouldn't be succeeding in the things I do". Well, what doesn't Stayc do?? She is an all rounder of fabulousness.
In 1996 Stayc was told she had 8 weeks to live but she decided not to listen to that. She decided to LIVE.
She is an advocate for body positivity, plus size, cancer survivors, loving who you are and she is a very successful entreprenuer - teaching children not only gymnastics but also how to navigate life.
This 30 minute chat is so inspiring in many ways, so let me introduce StayC Simpson.
