Dean Fox is my next interview / chat. His tale is so compelling and raw but could happen to anyone.

In this episode I talk about finding freedom and how feeling trapped can suck!
We have all experienced our freedom taken away from us recently with lockdowns but what if being trapped was self imposed and part of a sabotage pattern?
That is my discovery recently.
Okay, Sophie, what next? How do I find freedom when I feel trapped? Well.....I answer that all you need to do is listen!

Imagine, giving up the chance to earn over 1.5 million dollars. Would you? Cheryl did just that. She chose to live for her son who was born with a disability and instead of pawning him off to a special school and give him the treatment the doctors recommended, she fought for him to have a life of normalcy and independence. She look at his treatment and growing holistically and defied the odds of him becoming a well rounded young man who is off to college.
This, however, came at a cost to her finances, life, womanhood and identity. She found that sometimes she did not know who she was and could not keep going but she rallied and sought as much support as she needed. This is an incredible story and her strength and resillience emulates so much. If you are facing any issues of parenting with or without a child with a disability, grab a cup of tea or something stronger and have a listen.

"I did not do this all alone. I did the tough love, the tough research, but fate gave me the resources I would need at the right time.  Do not give up hope-you have within you all you need and you are enough and its enough, though it does not always seem to be at the time. Look for the opportunities around you that can align with your values, issues and goals. Meet Stefan, a successful businessman who had to fight for his children after becoming a widow. Rewind a few years his struggle began with not only having to battle his inner demons to fight for his family, geographically and financially despite being thousands of miles away from them, but also with his business partner who betrayed him. He finally chose love and family, surrendered to the universe and saw his financial prayers answered so he could be with them until tragedy struck. His whole world collapsed but instead of fighting the pain and grief he used it to put a system into place and help others who are at rock bottom.
