Easter is nearly upon us! Does this time of year fill you with horror as all the shops push Easter eggs on us? You may struggle with a food disorder like me, once you start you can't stop a binge, then it is Christmas!!! If we manage to stop  the self hatred and guilt starts? - well I am here to recognise you and help you enjoy a guilt free Easter!

I am an animal lover and if you want to call them your fur babies then there is nothing wrong with that - I choose not to! And yes, I have compared my cats (who are no longer with me) to being like children as the love we pour on them is similar, so I get it.
