GRRRRRRRR.......listen to my rant about sales companies pitches. They sell their programmes saying it is individual but then it is the same bs sales pitch so no individual there and no trust...generic money making. THEN...apparently I am not serious about my weight or health or I am not an action taker because I did not buy their programme.
