Hello and Welcome to Ancestors Mama, where ancestral healing is at the root and foundation of it all. This is a first in a long time episode, and a long time coming. There has been so many blessed changes and internal shifts that I explain in this episode and how it changed the outlook of my spiritual journey.

I called this episode Endless Unfolding because it's about the beginning or the awareness of the everlasting changes to our soul, identity, and the embracing surrender to it all. A lot has changed for me in the last eight months, and I'm excited to see what is yet to come!

Hey Loves! This episode is very near and dear for me as I take you through a journey of spiritual healing with my ancestors and Jesus or as my guides call him: The Great One. I had this lovely conversation with Elizabeth Kathryn who opened me up to the idea of getting deeper into the healing of my sexual trauma. For anyone who had to endure such abuse, knows how personal and triggering this subject can be. Throughout this conversation I take you through the ups and downs with my emotions of it all and how my guides and ancestors held and guided me to the other side in safety.

As a healer/coach many of us had our own fair share of traumatic experiences, which came to be our initiations in helping to heal others. It took me a little while to finally pull the trigger in uploading this episode, admittedly so, but with recent realizations of how the past can hold us back, I decided to push through my insecurities, in hopes this will give someone out there a glimmer of hope. In this episode, I also wanted to shed light on what healing with your ancestors looks like through their guidance, and how it differs from most forms of therapy.

Hey starseeds!!  In this episode I am chatting with a dear friend I met on a Goddess Retreat, in Egypt, back in September 2018. Stephanie Robins is known as a Glactica Intuitive, helping her clients sift through the mess and messages of these connections. Since we met a little over two years ago, we instantly clicked, having such similar views, connections and beliefs. I've been meaning to chat with her given her experience and level of expertise regarding this subject. Hello lovers, and Divine feminine Wild Women!! Episode #2 is yet another conversation with a dear friend of mine, where we tackle the topic of FEAR. I have known Jeneal Brown since 2014, when we connected on a spiritual Facebook page. During our conversation we describe how fear shows up and how we lovingly face it! Neither of u pretend to be perfect in this process, but that's okay! Fear has many masks and faces when facing the reality of our day to day lives, and as women who believe in empowering like minded souls, we understand those critical thoughts plagued by our inner dialogue. The value and wisdom of fear is not wishing or banishing it away, but by lovingly and fiercely facing it. 

The ups and downs of fears showing up in our lives is a never ending battle, nor is it made to be anything else. That's why I felt so honored and called to work with Jeneal Brown on this episode! She is a fiery mama of three, who goes against the grain of typical motherhood. At every step in her journey, she understood and acknowledged the time she needed to step aside and understand the inner workings of fears showing up in her life. She is anything but your cookie cutter mom, nor does she follow the crowd in her spirituality!
