When Mary arrives to tell Elizabeth of her encounter with the angel Gabriel, the Bible says that John the Baptist leaped with joy in the womb... as we draw nearer to the Christmas celebration, are we finding joy in the message of Immanuel?

As we close our study on the book of Romans, we see how Paul instructs the Roman believers not to be a stumbling block to one another using the example of Jewish food laws.

In light of our current social and political climate, Romans 13 has become a passage of interest for many. This week we take a deep dive into the framework in which it was written, and how God's sovereignty throughout the Bible is crucial to understanding submission.

Romans 12 marks the transition in the epistle to a more practical understanding of the theology portrayed in the first eleven chapters. This dive into Romans 12 takes a look at what it means for Christians to make daily sacrifices for the Kingdom of God.

In what some have called the greatest chapter in Scripture, the apostle Paul gives the ultimate hope for those who live by the Spirit of God. Our old nature has been done away with through Christ, and we no longer have to live condemned or in fear, for nothing can separate us from the love of God that is ours in Christ Jesus our Lord.

It is by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone that we are saved. Romans 6-7 are a pivotal moment in the epistle where Paul addresses some of the "what" we are to do in light of the grace that has been given to us.
