“Let It Go” explores what it means to forgive, why Jesus commands it, and why it can be difficult when wounds run deep. Forgiving does not mean forgetting, minimizing the hurt, or automatically restoring a relationship. This message examines how the Holy Spirit strengthens us to release resentment, entrust judgment to God, and forgive as we have been forgiven in Christ—even while healing takes time.
Faced with a fiery furnace, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego refused to bow. Walking through Daniel 3, this message explores their confidence in the Lord, their determination to remain faithful regardless of the outcome, and God’s deliverance from the power of the fire. Their stand challenges us to trust the Lord and remain faithful when our own faith is tested.
It’s easy to love those who are familiar to us—but how do we respond to those outside our usual circles? Drawing from the parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:25–37, our guest speaker Ben Nichols challenges us to love those closest to us while also extending compassion to people whose backgrounds, experiences, and lives differ from our own.
“The Outsiders” calls us to examine the boundaries we place around our love and follow Jesus’ command to show mercy. Who might we overlook, and what would it look like to become a neighbor to them?
Daniel’s story begins in exile and carries him through the courts of Babylon, where he remains faithful through pressure, danger, and changing kings. This message briefly revisits the turning points of chapters 1–5 before arriving at Daniel 6. As Daniel rises under a new king, two fellow administrators and 120 satraps turn against him. What will Daniel do when faithfulness to God puts him in their crosshairs?
