Many times we hide insecurities deep in our hearts and we build walls so high that we end up actually isolating ourselves from amazing experiences. What's holding you back? What are you afraid of if you let someone in? Are you afraid of being hurt and never being able to recover? Are you afraid of wasting time and never being able to use it towards something productive? Are you afraid of losing something else? What's driving your fear? Do you have a brokenness, that you thought was healed and now a life-altering situation fizzled up and caused you to revisit a traumatic time in your life? Today Ana and Irum slow down and talk about fears that drive us to do things that we don't want to do AND fears that prevent us from doing what we are destined to do. We're going to have that sister-to-sister conversation of friendships, partnerships and past failures that are still haunting us in the present moment. So let's open up and get real - like really REAL of Part 1 of 3 on a topic that our avid listeners have asked us to take a really deep dive into. One thing for sure, we are going to grow and heal through this process together!
